Booking deposits
A £50 deposit is required when an appointment includes reserved time for an injectable treatment. A consultation-only appointment, where no treatment time has been reserved, does not require this deposit.
The deposit is deducted from the agreed treatment cost on the day of treatment. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move your appointment.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred once to another appointment. The transferred deposit must be used within three months of the original appointment date. It is transferable rather than refundable.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will normally be forfeited.
If you do not attend without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required before another treatment appointment can be booked.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually at the discretion of LN Medical Aesthetics.
Cancellation by LN Medical Aesthetics
If LN Medical Aesthetics needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose either a full refund of the deposit or transfer to another suitable appointment.
Clinical suitability
All treatment is subject to consultation, assessment and clinical suitability.
If Lisa assesses you and decides that treatment is not clinically suitable, the £50 deposit will be refunded in full.
If you attend your consultation and decide not to proceed after receiving the relevant information, the £50 deposit will also be refunded.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your consultation and treatment.
If there is not enough time remaining to carry out treatment safely, the appointment may need to be rearranged and the cancellation policy may apply.
Additional conditions
Cosmetic injectable treatment is available only to adults aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested.
Please provide complete and accurate medical information through the secure Faces process. Do not send medical histories, consent information or clinical photographs through ordinary email or social media.
By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
